What the website processes

• The website has no forms, accounts, cookies, advertising or visitor analytics. We keep no record that identifies you during your visit.
• The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you open a page, technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the time of the request may be processed in the hosting provider’s server logs, to keep the site secure and running.
• If you choose a colour theme, the choice is kept only in your browser’s session storage. It is not sent to any server and is cleared when you reload the page or close the tab.

When you contact us

When you reach us by telephone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram, the name, contact details and message you share are processed to answer your enquiry and to carry out a possible project conversation. The legal grounds are Articles 5/2-c (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.

WhatsApp and Instagram are third-party services provided by Meta Platforms; what you share there is also subject to their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only as far as necessary with the providers we use (hosting, email) and with competent authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may keep their servers outside Turkey.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence until your enquiry is concluded and the applicable legal retention periods have passed; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate and deleted where the conditions are met, to object to analysis by automated means, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
